The obvious is that I do loans; I work directly with over 80 wholesale lenders. My nitch in the market are Loan Compliance Audits. Any loan funded between 2000-2007 needs an audit. With findings on an audit; it puts the homeowner in getting a drastic reduction in their mortgage payments withing 60 days.

Was hired to start up Loan Modification Department which entailed telemarketing, putting together legal documents for Law Firms, and now I have moved up to being a Loan & Compliance Officer doing loans, forensic loan compliance audits, debt settlement, credit repair, and other financial services.

Responsible for employee selection, training, operations, financial results, facilities, lectured and budgeted for 12 different Self Storage facilities in 3 counties; also wrote company Policy & Procedures Manual. Supervised 28-45 Self Storage Managers. Responsible for all facets of the inventory and auction of delinquent occupants. Managed all other tasks as necessary to facilitate smooth operation of the Self Storage Department within a family owned corporation that owned and operated an industrial, retail, office, and apartment portfolio.

This was a temporary consulting job. I was hired to raise revenue at 4 California based Storage Facilities, 3 Mobile Home Estates and supervise, train and evaluate all employee's. Audit all of the company's facilities and create a campaign to raise revenue and overall morale among the staff. I completed the job quickly and successfully.
