I am a young professional currently working as the primary accountant for a Club Car dealer, Nebraska Golf and Turf, in Lincoln, Nebraska. In May of 2023 I graduated from Doane University with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in accounting. Through my years in college I competed in soccer and took part in various business extracurriculars including aiding in the creation of a student organization centered around entrepreneurship through public speaking and production of strategic plans. Previous professional experience includes working as a municipal finance intern where I was able to get my hands into the creation of a certified and published total governmental 2023 budget for Buhler, KS. In addition to the assistance on the total budget I was able to solo publish the 2023 summer recreation budget to be ran as an official document. Other work experience includes extended time as a restaurant server and a bar waiter. While in these positions I developed a comfortable ability to serve the needs and wants of many individuals and consistently upsell patrons in a successful but respectful manner that resulted in higher than average gratuity and improved revenue for Salt City Brewery where I operated. While in school, I have had an urge to pursue entrepreneurial options and have found a niche in the creation of an online ornament marketplace through Poshmark. In my college years I have sold over 1,000 units and averaged $2,500 in annual revenue while maintaining a near 20% profit margin and through this I have supplemented my income while learning the skills and needs of running a business. In August of 2023 I began my MBA at Doane University and competed in my last season of college soccer with ambition of MBA graduation in December of 2024.
