Directs and manages the daily operations of (2) pools (2) splash pads, clubhouse, outdoor basketball pavilion, dog park, skate park, bike pump track, (5) playgrounds, Library, and offices which also includes the Parks and Recreation budget, staff, and planning to offer high quality amenities, events, and programs. Oversee and manage a $3.1 million annual operating budget. Currently direct a staff of 6 full time and part time employees and 40 seasonal employees.

Manages the daily operation of recreation activity center facility, staff, recreation programs, aquatics, athletics, senior adults, and events. Prepares and oversees budget management, motivates and evaluates full time, part time, seasonal staff. Ensures the facility is safe and comfortable for all while offering programs and activities for whole body well-being (mental, emotional, social, and physical). Organized, planned, and promotes recreational programs. Hired and supervised independent contractors for fitness and athletics classes. Coordinated and trained over 1,000 volunteers annually.
