I engage in client development activities such as sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end-users/decision-makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, candidate marketing, identifying cross-selling opportunities, identifying national/third party/vendor on premise opportunities, and scheduling and conducting new client visits.In addition, manage client accounts by monitoring performance of placed contractors, conducting routine follow up with client through site visits, and administering master service agreement guidelines with both clients and personnel.Conduct market research and qualify/classify target accounts within assigned geography and keep abreast of market dynamics and trends within specific market and region and forecast client demands.Leverage current systems to track and maintain current and prospective clients; Determine and implement appropriate marketing techniques for market, industry, and regionActively participate in establishing sales forecasts in addition to providing regular sales activity reports to management.
