Blake is an experienced manager with over 30 years technical experience in materials manufacturing and innovation for new products, processes and in business development.Now involved in minerals exploration services, specialising in laboratory assays for geochemistry and working with over 200 junior explorers and geologists.Having worked with clay from mining to manufacturing, and use in building products, Blake is able to advise on extraction, beneficiation and end use of kaolin and associated products.In 2017 Blake started his own consulting company: Real Material Solutions Pty Ltd and has worked throughout Australia and overseas consulting in brick and roof tile manufacturing and product development.Blake is also a risk engineer, consulting to Paragon for building and property risk surveys, reporting for insurance underwriting.Blake has been instrumental in forming the registered charity: Mobile Crisis Construction Ltd which makes small container based block factories and sends them to crisis zones.
