As LP III I support projects while playing a significant role in project delivery within SW . In this position I will assist all teams with multiple phases of projects that includes initial site investigations to public engagement, project entitlement, and construction administration services. I will also be responsible for managing smaller projects and leading the design effort on them. I will prepare deliverables including base maps (utilizing Auto Cad and GIS), cost estimates, construction documents (plans and specifications) and reports. I will work to develop hand and computer renderings (details, plans, cross-sections, perspective renderings). I will work with assigned project teams and others regarding project work as necessary. I will work on master planning through detailed design activities.

As LP II I am dedicated and passionate toward the pursuit of design excellence and professional growth. I enjoy collaboration and have a positive self-start attitude while possessing outstanding design skills. I project designed in collaboration with the Team Leader in concept development and design features, formulate and assemble project deliverables under direction of the Project Manager along with preparing presentation packages, sketching schematic design, delegating and managing drawings. I also assisted in the preparation of construction documents, design development details and drawings management.

Remotely drafting technical drawings and preparing hand/digital renderings for clients and marketing material. For real estate development projects, these renderings provide a 'snapshot' of the finished site. They bring the plan to life and make it easier for others to visualize the end result – much easier than an architectural drawings or engineering plans.

Drafted base maps/planting plans and prepared graphic material for client meetings.

Assisted the project team in site analysis, site planning, conceptual design, design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for landscape architecture projects, as well as participate in creation of 3D marketing graphics and technical documents.
