I'm a highly skilled and dedicated aviation maintenance professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a passion for ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality in the aviation industry.I began my journey in aviation maintenance during my time in the United States Air Force (USAF), where I served for five years. The USAF provided me with a solid foundation in aircraft maintenance principles, and I honed my skills while working on various aircraft types. This experience taught me the importance of meticulous attention to detail and the critical role that maintenance plays in ensuring the reliability and safety of aircraft.After serving in the USAF, I transitioned to the private sector, joining the world's largest private air force as a government contractor. In this role, I had the privilege of supporting ADAIR (Adversary Air) missions for military training, where I continued to excel in the maintenance field. Working on ADAIR missions allowed me to appreciate the unique challenges and intricacies involved in military aviation, reinforcing my commitment to safety and quality.To further enhance my expertise in the field of aviation, I pursued an undergraduate degree in Quality and Process Improvement, receiving my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. This educational journey gave me valuable insights into optimizing processes, managing risk, and maintaining high standards of quality assurance in aviation maintenance.My pursuit of knowledge didn't stop there. Recently, I obtained a graduate degree in Aeronautics with a focused study on aviation safety. This advanced program equipped me with specialized skills in safety management systems, risk assessment, accident investigation, and human factors. I believe that a comprehensive understanding of aviation safety is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and preventing accidents.My passion for aviation goes beyond performing maintenance tasks.
