Most recent as a Regional Clinical Specialist my primary responsibility was to ensure that all new surgeon customers had an excellent experience during initial surgeries with Treace Medical Concept procedures. Most notably the patented Lapiplasty® procedure. I attended surgery with new surgeon users; provided technical guidance on proper clinical use and technique for best possible outcome and an excellent customer experience. Following the case completing a case review summary. I was the subject matter expert for all Treace related procedures and products. Arranging product training for the sales force. Making sure to support sales representative technical questions. Coordinating and executing product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric). Ensuring proper selection and qualification of all trainees. Its was my responsibility to instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team (and sales force) by a deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® and Adductoplasty® procedures along with proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenario.Prior I was a Clinical Device Specialist working at ASP Health. I served as the on-site clinical support for training, and troubleshooting, and serve as the point of contact between clinicians and our team. Our device enhances cancer diagnosis for immediate feedback reducing crucial time for patients. It is used for rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) primarily in bronchoscopy procedures like endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS). I am also in GI procedures such as pancreas endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) cases that use ROSE. I have a great understanding of Navigational Bronchoscopy and the devices used in those types of cases. I travel between sites, keeping up with clients, assist in finding new leads, and provide assistance with inventory and any device issues. I am typically in operating rooms and maintain professional relationships with all on-site clinicians and staff. I assist in communicating with our engineers and manufacturers for any device issues and next-generation designs. Previously to ASP Health, I was an Anesthesia Technician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, University of Chicago Medical, and University of Oklahoma Hospital. Primary duties encompass assisting Anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) during surgery. With the skills I developed in a clinical setting, I was able to transition to my more recent roles in medical device.
