Helping Credit Unions leverage Information for Good!

As a member of the Innovation Team, I am responsible for research and development of key innovation initiatives. As a new department, our team is committed to driving cultural adaptation across the Credit Union.My work involves driving change through development of product and process enhancements by bringing the voice of the member to life. I am personally responsible for transforming data and research into inspiring stories. I also work with product managers to ensure our prototypes successfully grow via the innovation cycle.

As Public Relations & Online Marketing Manager, I oversaw our digital channels, including website, social media, and audio/video creation. My team created email and online marketing campaigns highlighting products, member communication and community involvement.In our time together, our team was able to achieve great things. Highlights include helping to launch new platforms and programs:- Social Media - March 2010- Website CMS - Jan 2012- Lifestage Marketing - May 2013- Marketing Automation - June 2013Team successes included:- Increasing website pageviews by over 250%- Increasing unique website visitors by over 57%- Revamping email marketing program- 42,000+ Mobile Banking users served I also participated in many of our Credit Union's public relations efforts, from print to on camera and everything in between. My PR role involved promoting our brand and monitoring conversation in industry and external publications. Partnered with team to produce internal communication video series for staff.
