As President of Mosaic Land Development, Blake is responsible for the day to day operations and strategic planning of the company. In addition to securing, developing, and constructing its own properties, Mosaic provides full service land development to assist homebuilders and land owners in the development of their properties. Mosaic's success stems from utilizing strategic partnerships with engineers, land planners and market researchers to provide an innovative approach tailored to clients. In addition, Mosaic works collaboratively with each client to identify and develop unique cost-effective solutions that meet both present and future needs for a particular project or site.

As CEO of Yantis Company Blake was responsible for all day to day operations and strategic direction of the firm. This included the management of over 500 employees and 70 projects per year. Throughout his tenure at Yantis, Blake has helped or directly administered over $700 million dollars of infrastructure projects spread across nearly 600 different jobs. These projects total over 30,000 developed lots, countless miles of new roadways and utility lines, and major drainage projects across Central and South Texas. Some of the more notable projects Blake has been involved with include Alamo Ranch, The Shops at La Cantera, Luckey Ranch, Tesoro campus, the Westover Hills Development as well as numerous subdivision developments.

Prior to becoming the CEO of Yantis Company Blake served in the capacity of Vice President. His responsibilities included management and oversight of the Accounting, Estimating, Shop, Equipment, and IT departments. During his tenure he undertook several notable projects including a remodel and customization of the company accounting software and upgrading of the IT infrastructure. Also, his in depth study and analysis of the equipment cost history and accounting methods led to a complete overhaul of the equipment rates used by estimating.
