As President and Co-Chair of the Yantis Company, Tom worked in various capacities from 1978 – 2012. Under Tom’s leadership, Yantis built many of the relationships and processes that the company still utilizes. The company also grew over 300% during his tenure as President.Tom oversaw over $1 billion worth of construction projects in his time at Yantis, which included several very high profile master planned communities such as Alamo Ranch, Deerfield, Mountain Lodge, and Westover Hills. On the commercial side of the business Tom was involved with the construction of Wal Mart Distribution Center in New Braunfels, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, Tesoro Petroleum and Stone Ridge Retail Center.
