With the team at Blake Architects and the consultant teams we work with we manage the whole process from pre-planning, offering cost advice through to the management of the construction process; generally working on projects between £250,000 and £4,000,000.I have gained planning permission for new houses in sensitive rural locations and extensions to listed buildings in conservation areas in London. Numerous approvals for barn and hangar conversions, have been achieved.
