As Director of Philanthropic IT, I provided leadership and consulting, partnering with our fundraising team at the corporate and branch level, as well as executive leadership in the strategic use of technology for fundraising. - Executed and managed strategic use of technology for fundraising and engagement of $5M annual campaign with 40,000 donors and 5,000 volunteers for 120+ users and 30 branches. My primary focus was on nonprofit CRMs, high-touch fundraising, digital payments, and strategic communication planning and execution.- Drove the product vision and responsible for iterative design, delivery, and success of an internal automated management reporting platform and data mart.- Built system, train and equipped internal stakeholders and external volunteers with insight into key performance indicators. This informed, increased collaboration, and helped focus on behaviors and efforts to drive towards strategic outcomes.- Established and nurtured stakeholder relationships with corporate leadership, and branch staff to ensure adequate leadership, support and collaboration on philanthropic campaigns.- Led, coached and trained team of 6 fundraising professionals to support and train organization wide staff on effective use of nonprofit CRM. Impact was reduced data entry errors, increased application usage, and improved accuracy for financial and fundraising reporting.- Built curriculum, knowledgebase, registration in custom SharePoint application and served as lead trainer to operations staff on best practices of donor relationship management, gift processing, data management and portfolio development. The result was an increased number of active users of CRM from 10 to 120.- Developed, tested and iteratively deployed custom applications to integrate with partner solutions using C#.net, SQL, vb.net, third party APIs, and robotic process automation (RPA) platforms, to expand the value and ROI on purchase of best-in-breed fundraising solutions.
