Senior Account Manager
Current- Directly manage new client accounts throughout the duration of C-4's Client Onboarding process and beyond while overseeing all digital marketing endeavors- Conduct weekly meetings with clients to facilitate the building and development of paid search, display, and Facebook campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and site traffic to provide strategic recommendation- Enhance client websites with custom content and creative material for Search Engine Optimization- Update and monitor social media platforms, schedule and provide content for organic posting - Assist with online reputation management, lead management, and offsite SEO enhancements- Regularly collaborate with internal departments as well as outside agencies, service providers, and other third-parties to meet client goals. Provide client with recommendations on third-party usage based on cost/benefit analyses- Perform BDC analyses for clients agency-wide. Directly involved in the development of an automated tool for submitting test leads on onsite forms and monitoring outreach response time
