Main responsibilities include the areas of donor stewardship, College of Fine Arts recognition and acknowledgement correspondence, coordination with the five academic departments, and planning/implementation of annual donor events. Donor stewardship activities include personal engagements with donors and maintaining donor/gift tracking database, as well as various administrative tasks. Coordination with the five academic departments of Art & Art History, Dance, Film & Media Arts, Music, and Theatre includes assessing donor gifts and accommodating donor wishes.

Final benchmarking report included organization charts for each department, election procedure packets, state appropriations/student fee allocations, and policy recommendations from both advisor and student perspectives.
