I play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our College of Fine Art’s student outreach efforts. Leveraging my knowledge in strategy implementation, I collaborate with my team, college leaders, internal partners, and multiple university departments to refine our goals and develop strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students while supporting our current students. I continuously assess the effectiveness of our recruitment and engagement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes. My application of design thinking allows me the opportunity to craft engaging and tailored outreach campaigns that resonate with potential and current students, fostering their connection with our institution. Additionally, I provide coaching and guidance to the team I oversee with the goal of nurturing their skills and capabilities for their own development. My proficiency in project management ensures that recruitment campaigns and standard operation procedures are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines, and delivering results. In this role, I am privileged to be able to successfully orchestrate a harmonious blend of skills to drive student recruitment and engagement, ultimately contributing to the growth and diversity of our student body.

I served as an advisor to executive leaders for strategic curriculum program design and standardization, distilling requests into attainable goals, I oversaw a multi-site, multi-discipline team of Subject Matter Experts and Deputy Directors to drive curricular/instructional projects and ensure timely deliver of aligned project objectives, develop processes and procedures to improve efficiency, promote cohesiveness and continuity and lead the annual project to analyze competing program priorities, financial/resource constraints and scheduling to determine staffing for 400+ positions and educational program for 8000+ students across 10 schools.

I devised strategic project plans with a focus on curriculum/instructional design and project implementation, cultivated strong relationships with staff and vendors to drive execution of key initiatives. As the grants manager: prepared budgets for all grants funded by federal, state, and private funds; documented payments and expenditures; administered, managed, monitored and tracked performance data on grants to ensure compliance; researched funding opportunities, identified supporting agencies; key author of competitive grants resulting in almost two-million dollar competitive grant allocations within a four-year period.
