Consulting with clients regarding best practice compliance in a fluid period of regulation for the foreclosure industry was the most important of my duties.Frequent changes to best practices required changes to business processes driving continual department-wide training. As a legal services supervisor I would conduct this training and make recommendations as to any further changes.Supervising four different departments over a seven year span afforded me a complete picture and better understanding of business processes at every stage of the case. Each department under my supervision was made up of a production team of 15 or more quality individuals.
