Responsible for the enterprise solution overview, ensuring solution incorporates clients’ and Acxiom'soverall business strategy and technical vision. Uncovers prospect/client’s business issues, creating highlevel business requirements. Determines if Acxiom has the capability/capacity to solve prospect/client’sbusiness problems. Liaisons with sales, account management, technical/delivery executives and industrysolution architects to ensure seamless customer service in the sales and delivery process.

Provide client support that requires a focus on consulting for proposed changes, process improvements, issue resolution, research of client data inquiries, and working closely with internal and external associates.
