Data Analyst with a background in Linguistics and certificate in data visualization from the University of Oregon data visualization bootcamp. Actively working in coding languages such as VBA, Python, SQL, MongoDB, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Spark, and Machine Learning, along with tools such as Excel and Tableau. Previous experience as a General Contractor where I developed skills coordinating various groups of subcontractors, talking with clients, and obtaining the necessary materials for the jobs. Recently completed a project in a team of three to showcase jobs in data, where they are, what industry they were in, and the average salaries, all interconnected to show the number of jobs and salaries in different cities/industries. For this project we utilized Python(Pandas and Flask), MongoDB, Javascript(D3, Plotly, and Leaflet), and HTML/CSS. Strengths include picking up complex concepts quickly and applying them, as well as the ability to solve problems both on my own and collaboratively.
