Led the organization-wide efforts to develop, certify, ensure operational readiness and deliver Meaningful Use Stage 3 (2015 edition) compliant software to our customers. Results:-MEDHOST was one of the first EHR vendors to certify all necessary criteria for 2015 edition software and make it available to our customers.-Successful commercialization and assistance led to two of our customers to be two of the first in the country to meet all requirements to attest successfully for Meaningful use Stage 3 in 2017. Led our organization's efforts to ensure customer success for those currently participating in the Meaningful Use program. Led a global team of developers, QA, and data analysts in developing, commercializing, and launching a SaaS-based business intelligence solution for the healthcare marketplace. The initial solution provided hospitals with the ability to monitor and analyze their performance as it relates to progress towards meeting Meaningful Use program objectives. Ensured a successful launch, implementation and support of over 150 facilities which came on board within 6 months of launch. This effort included working with multiple corporate customers to establish their own instances of the product and integration with multiple EHR vendors.

Informa Investment Solutions provides investment professionals with customized systems, web-based software, and services for use in the management of client relationships in the wealth management industry. -Led the product vision for a cross-functional team of analysts and developers in the on-going development of three of our company's products.-Created and delivered specific product strategies meeting demands of senior management directives and customer needs.-Oversaw and participated in the design of all product enhancements.-Oversaw the commercialization and GA launch of the company's newest product offering, ComplianceIQ.

As a Business Analyst, I represented the business side in the development lifecycle by working with stakeholders and product managers to design web-based features for both strategic and client commitment projects. Chief responsibilities included writing functional requirement specifications and user acceptance test plans. I produced and provided training both internally and externally on new features. In addition, I provided overall product support to stakeholders throughout the company.

I managed all aspects of development of product enhancements from scoping projects, creating timelines and resource evaluations, design and documentation of policy and procedures, training and creation of both internal and external communication pieces. I worked directly with the Director of Marketing in creating and implementing marketing and communication strategies including the development and implementation of marketing plans. - Chaired committee responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the company’s product goals and initiatives.- Led re-branding project team in creating and implementing company’s new image, which included redesign of our logo and all materials.- Led the initiative to re-design our corporate website and plan participant online portal.

In this position, I served as the initial relationship contact for the customer during the critical conversion of their business to our platform. The impression, education, and service delivered were critical to setting expectations and securing a lasting relationship with the customer.- Co-developed the department’s policies and procedures including user interfaces to be used when managing and servicing client accounts.- Managed the conversion of all accounts in two of the company’s three largest producing regions.
