As the Software Development Project Manager, I successfully delivered Propiteer’s second investment platform offering. The project was built to all FCA requirements and offered its members a seamless online experience to purchase listed bonds.In addition to Personal and Corporate accounts, research was made allowing us to offer the bonds to SASS and SIPP. This added additional complication to the project as with pensions investment there was a requirement for pension administrators to have access to manage individual pension bonds.After operating successfully online for two years, the addition of ISA investments was added to the platforms offering.

Following the successful raise on Propiteer’s first residential development project, I was tasked to deliver their first online platform to allow members to fully manage their investments online. This included: financial reporting, payment plan generation and fund movement through an FCA authorised banking partner.Alongside the publicly available platform, a fully bespoke administration system was developed to allow for member management alongside automatic generation of bond certificates, automatic payment for returns and financial reporting. In addition, a CMS was developed within the system to allow admin users to create and publish new bonds and investment opportunities with ease.The project was a great success, raising over £10 million through the platform in 12 months. As this was the first large scale FCA registered FinTech project I had overseen, the project became far more than just software development, with a great deal of research required to navigate the FCA regulations. Extensive efforts were required to allow members to tick all FCA requirements whilst maintaining a simple user journey from sign up to investment.

AD7 was set up to help small business get ahead with PPC advertising on a budget. The team focused heavily on the user journey allowing them to answer just a few simple questions to create 100’s of optimised PPC advertisements in a matter of minutes. The project made some great leaps forward in PPC click automation and in 2019 AD7 achieved a google sales channel partnership, one of only 47 given out to EMEA start-up companies ever at the time of writing.I worked closely with the founder of the company, taking his years of PPC experience, as well as leading the project and development team to automate the process whilst maintaining a simple user-friendly customer journey. The platform was targeted primarily at a “non-Tech” market focussing on tradesmen and small business owners.As the project grew, I was heavily involved in marketing as well as setting up a customer service and sales team, alongside managing a very high paced and demanding relationship with our Google Partner.

Working in a team of 5 including two front-end designers, two web designers and a graphics designer. I'm in charge of creating and maintain the Grouptrader website as well as helping in the production of the companies magazine arm, The Sneak Magazine.In my position I have to produce all concept designs for new sections and features on the Grouptrader website while working and overseeing the Front End production. keeping a close eye that all designs are reproduced perfectly and that all Grouptrader brand guidelines are followed.Currently I am working in detail on improving the companies Search Engine Optimisation, working closely with content writers to enforce required keywords while delivering content that clear sets out the Grouptraders ambitions.

I have worked with Locallife since 2000 starting as a trainee designer. During my ten years plus with locallife I have personally created over 1000 web sites and now manage a team of 11 designers including both typesetters and web designers. Working closely with the administration department to help manage the collection of copy and images.My role incorporates a variety of different tasks including the development of client web sites, locallife’s directory website, internal administration system and creation of all internal company advertisements and documentation.While working with Locallife the company expanded in to the USA giving me the opportunity to work in Arizona to help set up the design studio, recruit designers and develop a training programme to maintain design standards across the two countries.
