I have played important roles in developing & deploying JIRA as a work management system, designed & developed many CRM systems & process, planned in great detail financial & technical process for different areas of the business, supported departments where workloads are heavy or issues many need solving and continued to expand my wide knowledge of systems, technologies, platforms, compliance & other aspects that are required.While my experience and skills are very wide reaching my main responsibilities has always been to problem solve, find answers and plan out new or upgraded developments for our businesses so that we can achieve new functionality or meet new compliance & regulatory guidelines. I am a champion of data analysis and work hard to ensure departments have access to data required to report on performance or see trends that can then be targeted.I have been heavily involved in supporting marketing campaigns of all disciplines and have been custodian of the email services ensuring we always stick to best practise and data security.With the unique experience from this role I have been able to pick up new or emerging technologies or practises so that they can be researched or prototyped before any major development time or cost is applied to them.

I am currently supporting the development & operations of AD7, using platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Unbounce & Email Marketing Tools. The goal is to analyse user engagement & intent looking to increase conversions and help generate new customers for the businessI also worked on this project during the research & planning stages, spending considerable time looking at how Google Ads works and designing solutions to the problems the project faced.As the project continues to evolve, we will look to bring further improvements to the platform and use other User Experience techniques to offer a better product to its customers
