Responsible for driving a complete overhaul of warehouse and inventory processes which led to measurable improvements in inventory control, data accuracy and process efficiency.Designed new warehouse layout and implemented new picking methods with a focus on cutting down the time taken to pull orders and reducing mis-picks by the development of picking routes. This involved developing a new process for the analysis of best-selling lines and also re-working the layout of order sheets given to warehouse staff. The most picked items are now located at the beginning of the picking route and are closest to the packing and checking area.
