I am a seasoned software engineer with two decades of experience in a wide array of areas. One thing that has been present throughout my career is IT systems integration. In most projects we were combining different systems and solutions and automating data exchange.In my initial role, I developed document management systems and integrating them with other solutions. In my later role, I worked on internal IT systems and optimizing company processes and tooling. I was always also involved with managing masterdata and reporting to management.For a few years, I led a mid-sized department spanning across six countries, where I was also involved in coordinating IT part of mergers&acquisitions, and their subsequent integrations with the parent company.I take pride in my analytical and logical approach to breaking down complex problems into manageable chunks. I have a good understanding of business and organizational aspects of a mid sized international companies.Beside data structures and IT systems I also enjoy interacting with coworkers and customers.
