Where I was teamed and sent out to successfully complete 5 stadium installations.3I was then given 4 techs to work under my supervision installing telescopic bleacher for Interkal and renovating existing bleachers for newer, more strict code compliance's being brought nationally by the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), National Fire and Protection Association (NFPA) International Code Counsel (ICC) and Uniform Building Code (UBC) All making tremendous improvements with higher standards for Safety Requirements and Disable Person Accessibility in the Public Seating Industry.
