• Organize and manage complex domestic/ international travel schedules with multi-city stops.
• Coordinate and manage: events, on-site and off-site meetings, space logistics, technology set-up, catering services, and provide event materials to attendees.
• Acting as system admin for management’s teams, by keeping updated: contacts, new-hires and new partners list, organizational charts, and other strategic information as required.
• Use Salesforce, Jira, Concur and other systems to generate reports, expenses, book travel, follow-up issues, etc.
