I am a product designer at Layer5, a company that provides service mesh solutions for cloud-native applications. I contribute to the design of products that help users manage, monitor, and secure their microservices. I use design software and tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDraw to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that increase customer satisfaction and retention.I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration and management at the University of the People, an online accredited university that offers affordable and flexible education. I am passionate about learning new skills and concepts that can enhance my design thinking and problem-solving abilities. I have a diploma of design from Cedars Productivity Centre, where I learned the fundamentals of industrial and product design. I have also obtained multiple certifications in UI/UX design from reputable online platforms such as Alison, KodeCamp, and Great Learning.As a user-focused product designer, I work at the intersection of research and design. I have led and participated in several design projects, from idea to implementation, for various clients and organizations, such as Black Mental Health Matters, a non-profit organization that aims to improve the mental health of Black communities. I have strong skills in user experience design, user interface design, graphic design, branding, and stakeholder management. I am always eager to share my knowledge and insights on design topics, such as #ui, #designthinking, and #userexperience, through social media and online forums. My goal is to design products that make a positive impact on people's lives and businesses.
