I hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Akanu Ibiam federal Polytechnic Uwana, Ebonyi State.I have a high level of self-initiative and uses critical thinking skills to identify and fill gaps having gain experience in roles that require strong levels of accuracy, exceptional analytical and numerical skills of both quantitative and qualitative data. I promote and persuade others to consider new ideas; take calculated risks on new and unusual ideas; think “outside the box”; take an interest in new ideas and new ways of doing things. I also have experience in designing systems to capture and share information across many sources, and facilitating conversations with practitioners and decision-makers.I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) officer / Database Manager with relevant experience implementing monitoring & Evaluation activities for donor-funded OVC programs, monitoring project performance, analyzing data and results to measure project-level outcomes, overseeing and leading program monitoring processes; providing training and capacity-building support to program and government partner staff in M&E; facilitating organizational learning and improvement using data, quantitative & qualitative data analysis. Working closely with all partners, governments, local organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders and communicating effectively with diverse cultural and professional staff members has been instrumental in my ability to lead project monitoring and Evaluation initiatives and drive capacity-building efforts. I also thrive in target-driven/goal-oriented organizations remaining motivated, this enables me to apply myself effectively working maximally with minimal supervision.
