Saw a need in the community so created Back to School Backpacks, establishing a business plan and creating an acting 501c3. Our organization provided over 1600 backpacks and supplies over 6 years to homeless or nearly homeless school age kids in our community.Responsible for all functions- soliciting and raising funds, business plan, purchasing supplies, distribution of supplies, administrative duties, public speaking regarding program, etc.
