Current- Lead innovation regarding internal & external quality processes, which assisted the company in landing multi million-dollar partnership contracts.Business Duties:
- Analyze customer issues and prepare strategic plans, to facilitate growth and administer data. In addition, ensure quality processes to maintain all customer satisfaction
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased long-term productivity and growth
- Develop organization wide business quality KPIs to enforce quality in all facets of the organization
- Coordinate with the quality team to make recommendations for quality system improvements and manage all regulatory efforts and ensure compliance
- Manage communication for quality reporting channels and prepare required KPI and SLA status reports for all quality assurance programs to present to executive team
