In addition, ensure quality processes to maintain all customer satisfaction• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased long-term productivity and growth• Develop organization wide business quality KPIs to enforce quality in all facets of the organization• Coordinate with the quality team to make recommendations for quality system improvements and manage all regulatory efforts and ensure compliance• Manage communication for quality reporting channels and prepare required KPI and SLA status reports for all quality assurance programs to present to executive team• Triage and prioritize defect fixes based on risk, validity, reproducibility and level of effort• Manage product teams consisting of onsite and offsite resources, while adhering to time and financial KPI goalsTechnical Duties:• Collaboration daily with developers in troubleshooting roadblocks for new features and client reported defects• Provide feedback on potential gaps/flaws in logic within design modifications to the UI/Backend/API/Integration• Construct test and meta data (e.g. CSV, XML, JSON, PDF, etc.) for use within integration test cases based data mapping requirements/documentation and validate data transactions via SQL queries• Configure test environment(s), including data integration platforms, and execute associated test cases• Monitor and test connectivity of integrated systems and components• Created automated/manual test plans for regression testing and testing scenarios for all feature and defect tickets per sprint and testing repository
