- Develop weekly loading plan, monitor manufacturing output , to meet customer demand .-Working with material team to ensure wafer on time, reviewed wafer shelf life, and process quality test for aged wafer.-Be responsible for fulfillment of customer sales orders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishment , communicate with BU / sales to align business strategy.-Collaborated with BU, Sales and Marketing teams to achieve quarter goal and consume overstock.-Participate the allocation team for own package in case of tight supply .

- Arrange an Integral and feasible plans to the manufacturing site fulfilling demand and loading policy , monitor and control output deviation.- Communicate with customer to align output strategy Based on capacity and material supply situation. - Support and arrange returns (quality, technical, logistics and commercial returns) according to relevant procedures- Collaborated with PE / EE or customer to review or improve output to meet the targets and customer demand.- Drived with PE / EE team on Engineering or NPI requirements ,coordinate and resolution issues with internal or external during execution.
