Die graag op het snijvlak tussen creativiteit en commercie werkt en bruggen bouwt. Hierbij maken we gebruik van innovatieve middelen zoals AI.Ik ben altijd op zoek naar “Parallelle werelden”. Ergens beginnen en je dan langzaam “af laten drijven” naar een vakgebied dat verwant is, maar waar je nieuwe dingen leert. Ook heeft de Stanford speech van Steve Jobs mij geïnspireerd. “Connecting the dots” is een mooie leidraad voor het leven. Je doet een aantal dingen die je leuk vindt en verderop komen die weer bij elkaar. Of niet. Je weet niet wanneer en of het gebeurt. Ik begon in de reclame, had een eigen bureau, samen met een aantal leuke mensen. Toen ik het gevoel had dat er meer was dan alleen reclame, werd ik gevraagd om een Advertising unit op te zetten bij MTV Networks. Die baan had ik zelf nooit kunnen bedenken. Daar leerde ik van alles over televisie, online , media, branded content en maakte ik nog steeds reclame. Toen 8,5 jaar RTL. En nu Ad Alliance (onderdeel van RTL). Ik ben bovenmatig geïnteresseerd in Generative AI (ook muziek). Food (fanatiek pizzabakker), Fashion, entertainment, muziek, business development en maatschappelijke onderwerpen!Ook schrijf ik songteksten. Ik werk graag samen met artiesten, componisten en producers. Ik heb de tekst van "Als je slaapt" van Glennis Grace geschreven (wat je ook van haar vindt, ze heeft een mooie stem😉)en een aantal teksten voor Kinderen voor Kinderen nummers. Mijn voorliefde voor muziek heeft er mede voor gezorgd dat ik bij MTV Networks terechtkwam. Over “Connecting the dots gesproken”….

    Robin started MTV Networks Advertising from scratch. It was a very successful, prizewinning department within the company (by working together with several other disciplines within MTVNE).MTVNE Advertising worked for outside clients that wanted to team up with one of the power brands (TMF, MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central). As "youth/kids experts", they made commercials, brand introductions, TV billboarding, online platforms and activations for clients like Ola, Unox, Coca-Cola, GOGO and Beachmasters youth travel, Dr Oetker, Paula, De Unie (a union), Volkswagen and many others. Robin supervised a team of 12 talented creatives/producers and was responsible for strategy and concepts. As a manager he was co-responsible for the branded content targets. The department worked along sides with the sales, TV and the project management department. True integration of all media was their key focus.
