I provide business consultancy in a wide range of areas and applications. It includes business processes, for example having assisted a listed company in the development of the business planning process, or organisational consultancy such as having guided the development of vision, mission and values for an enterprise within an industrial corporate group. Another example is generating an overall business strategy for a company within the education industry. I also allocate part of my time for researching, strategy development and collaborating with partners to realize entrepreneurial projects. Previous projects include founding and managing the customer relationship company Profilizer as well as pursuing other opportunities including a buy-out of a retail brand and ten profitable stores from a listed holding company.
