Head of Teracom Operation Center. Section is responsible for all Network operation Service and Customer Service in Teracom AB. During my leadership the section has made significant improvement on cost efficiency, service delivery, existing business has been growing but also new areas of business has been added. In this period of rather big changes, results of employee survey has improved.In my leadership I want to maximize the skills and performance of my team managers and all co-workers to maximize the business value. Head of Headend Quality and Configuration. Responsible for system engineers specialized in the Headend platform of Teracom DTV network. Also responsible for test engineers working in Teracom lab with DVB-T/T2 certification programs for DTV receivers. Responsible for all lab activities at Teracom AB head quarter in Stockholm Lindhagen.
