All Blue Line Operations Ltd Security Officers have extensive frontline experience within the private security industry as well as experience and life skills which they bring from other industries such as Police, Military Service, Aviation and Customer Services.We closely monitor SIA communications to ensure that we remain current with the fast changing legislation and compliance requirements of our industry. We have already implemented training for the new licence modules and our Officers are fully compliant holding Door Supervisor licences and are trained Conflict Managers with awareness training for recognising vulnerable people and first aid at work. We also have Officers with CCTV Public Surveillance licences and Department For Transport Aviation Warehouse Licence.We will always have relief Officers available for the rare occasions when an Officer has to be absent from site.
