Emergency response. All of our Security Officers are highly trained and fully vetted, we only employ Officers who can demonstrate their excellent communication skills. All Blue Line Operations Ltd Security Officers have extensive frontline experience within the private security industry as well as experience and life skills which they bring from other industries such as Police, Military Service, Aviation and Customer Services. We closely monitor SIA communications to ensure that we remain current with the fast changing legislation and compliance requirements of our industry. We have already implemented training for the new licence modules and our Officers are fully compliant holding Door Supervisor licences and are trained Conflict Managers with awareness training for recognising vulnerable people and first aid at work. We also have Officers with CCTV Public Surveillance licences and Department For Transport Aviation Warehouse Licence. Our Security Officers are issued with a range of uniform to suit the various assignments that we cover, this vary greatly from corporate suit and tie to the more traditional security uniform. We supply all PPE such as safety footwear, eye protection, high visibility jackets etc. All Blue Line Operations Ltd Officers receive monthly and quarterly appraisal and welfare visits from their Line Manager, this gives us the opportunity to manage their continued personal development with regards to training and career aspirations. They have access to speak to management at any time.
