    I worked a 90-day detail with DOIITAP,as a writer/researcher for a project titled "Survey of Counter Wildlife Trafficking Interventions in South East Asia". For the latter third of the detail I had the role of team leader. I worked as part of a team with conservation professionals from the NPS, USFWS, DOI, and nongovernmental organizations in the Philippines and Thailand. We surveyed US Government and non-US government sources regarding their activities to combat wildlife trafficking in southeast Asia, and analyzed and presented our findings in a report delivered to the U.S. Agency for International Development/Regional Development Mission Asia.
