In this role, I am responsible for all of the small business clients for four Halifax branches. I frequently network to try and bring in new business, as well as retain current clients, and work hard to build all new and existing TD relationships. With both personal and business banking experience, I am able to assist all clients I deal with by either giving the advice myself, or referring them to the most appropriate channel. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as relationship management skills are key factors for success in this position.
