Responsible for directing all active projects, within the PMO. Creating, managing, and distributing project communications to stakeholders and internal teams such as project charters, project tasks, schedules, equipment requirements, while keeping the project on budget, in scope, and delivering on-time. Facilitates multiple internal and external meetings, delivering project updates, including risks and issues. Provides project status reports, while directing and managing the production of required deliverables. Builds and implements processes, pays close attention to detail, and leads teams to drive the project to completion successfully.
