- During this scientific research scholarship, I focused on conducting a deeper study of DialogFlow and its capabilities.- A significant area of research was the integration of DialogFlow with the Telegram messaging application.- To enable this integration effectively, I developed a custom API in Node.js that served as a bridge between DialogFlow and Telegram.- This custom Node.js API facilitated seamless communication between DialogFlow and Telegram, ensuring efficient exchange of messages and information.- Additionally, the intermediary I created through the Node.js API was connected to a platform called HiJiffy.- HiJiffy was a platform offering an advanced chat console that provided access to the entire conversation history.- Integrating with HiJiffy allowed for comprehensive and efficient management of user interactions, as all conversations were recorded and accessible to lately we possibly could use custom ML and NPL to improve this interactions between users and the chatbot.
