I designed a new interface for Fountain Life's EHR system, as well as its corresponding patient portal. My workload included a spectrum of the standard UX methodology, including wireframing and prototyping (via Figma), to design the applications' new structures and experiences. I regularly communicated with a number of supervisors and developers to ensure satisfactory designs and deliverables.

As the sole UI/UX Designer, I designed a new and responsive interface for the company, including separate layouts for mobile and desktop. I used core UX methodology, including personas, user flows, and information architecture to design the application's new structure and experience.

Atlanta Metropolitan Area

As the UI/UX Designer for Pawn Payment Solutions, I designed a brand new interface in Adobe XD for their application, including separate layouts for mobile and desktop. This involved working alongside the software developer and business owners to encourage conversation about design decisions and to ensure satisfaction, as well as using skills in technical writing for communicative aspects of the interface.

Kennesaw, Georgia

As a Writing Assistant for KSU, I created technical writing handouts for creating proposals, progress reports, memos, and instructional documents to improve the Writing Center's effectiveness for Technical Communication students. This project included research, communication with several supervisors, careful scheduling, and several draft iterations. Beyond that, I spent over 400 hours of writing tutoring for students across all programs at KSU, including STEM majors and ELL students.

In my one-year position as a Lead Honors Ambassador, I worked in areas such as donor relations, student engagement, event organization, and community development. I oversaw eleven Honors Ambassadors, created and supervised schedules, and gave presentations on a regular basis.

Marietta, Georgia

While serving as an Honors TA for a Front-End Development 1 course, I used my proficiencies in HTML and CSS to design new assignments for the curriculum and edit pre-existing assignments. I also lectured to over thirty students in both Interaction Design and Technical Communication, created lesson plans, and held office hours. Other responsibilities included hosting student conferences to better understand students, their obstacles, and how to help them reach their goals effectively.
