Oversaw newsletter strategy as a deputy editor for Ipsos in North America. I led a total makeover of the company's newsletters just as they became a crucial tool for client outreach during the COVID-19 pandemic. I spearheaded the creation of newsletters reaching tens of thousands of clients at the biggest companies in the world, creating and curating the most interesting content including political polling, equity and inclusion (including Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ+ Pride), insights on media consumption, health care, branding and more.

Trained journalists in best practices on Facebook through a partnership between the Society of Professional Journalists and Facebook. Worked with Facebook team on-site at the company's New York office to establish program guidelines.Led presentations focusing on reporting tools and techniques using Facebook and Instagram, as well as best practices for storytelling and cybersecurity on the platforms.Traveled to conferences, newsrooms and universities around the country to train both students and professionals.
