CurrentI have over 35 years of clinical, and 25 years of Employee Assistance Program experience in the treatment of a multitude of diagnostic categories. They include depression, anxiety, OCD, and other affective disorders, addiction such as alcohol and substance abuse, couples/marital counseling and forensic evaluations. Treatment modalities include CBT, psycho-dynamic and eclectic approaches in individual,couples and family therapy formats tailored and designed to fit the needs of clients to promote successful treatment outcomes. I sub-specialize in adoption psychology, both pre and post adoption issues, treatment, supervision and consultation where I have presented at national conferences and clinical societies on a plethora of topics in addition to appearing on national television regarding controversial adoption issues. I was recently honored when elected and inducted as a "Distinguished Practitioner and Fellow" in the National Academies of Practice, a prestigious and select healthcare organization at their National Conference held in Arlington, VA.in April 2015.
