Working at John's Incredible Pizza for the last couple years, I have learned to do a range of tasks including Bussing, Guest Service, Mascot, Fun World Attendant, and my current position, Expediting. I have earned a Team Lead position for my experiences and knowledge in the fields I have worked in. I am in charge of making sure everyone in my field is working as efficiently and smoothly as possible, while dealing with any customers that need assistance. I also have experience in managing things such as breaks, meals, and making any adjustments to scheduling by talking with managers. The fields that I have worked in are very different in the sense that the skills needed to perform the duties of each job vary. Expediting/Bussing requires you to be proficient in time management, as well as the ability to deal with any customers questions. Guest Service Representative requires you to be proficient with technology so that you may book parties for guests online, taking any phone calls the store gets, and dealing directly with management to fulfill bills for parties. Mascot requires you to have tolerance to heat, as well as a fun and energetic attitude when interacting with customers and children. Fun World Attendants have the responsibility to operate ride equipment, as well as fixing any games that may break down, and helping customers with questions or refunds. I am very well versed and willing to adapt to any circumstance I am needed for.
