Co-founded in 2014 the African American Senior Executives (AASE) to advise GAO’s Executive Committee on actions to increase diversity and inclusion. Among actions proposed and implemented: informal mentoring for all staff, training for all.

Managed high-performing teams of analysts and auditors in developing over 15 reports with recommendations to improve delivery of federal programs related to export control, Army modernization, Navy shipbuilding, and DOD and civilian acquisition workforce. Testified before Congressional committees on these recommendations to help minimize program overlap.

Led teams of analysts and auditors reviewing federal program expenditures for FAA’s air traffic modernization programs and government-wide human capital management initiatives. Made recommendations to congressional committees for savings of nearly $5M from FAA’s budget over a 10-year period based on delays and other challenges in FAA air traffic.
