After the acquisition of Videology by Amobee, I focused on UK broadcaster solutions and managed all of the data science and optimisation related work for the development of the new addressable TV platform. I worked directly with clients as a technical lead, gathered business requirements, acceptance criteria, and inspired early adoption of the platform. I also continued to be a technical contributor and mentor to others.

I moved to the UK to be the resident optimisation expert and started working directly with clients. During this time, I continued to be part of the core team and technical lead/contributor. I led a cross functional engineering team to deliver solutions for our broadcaster clients in an agile way and implemented an algorithm for forecasting new campaigns that was integrated within the platform UI using a converged optimisation model.

I joined the R&D team in its infancy and was tasked with the co-development and deployment of an optimisation model into production from the ground up. Back in 2010, it was more of a research concept and by the end of my term became part of a global enterprise software stack. This took understanding of the business in order to effectively model it, building a team of analysts, working with internal and external clients on ever evolving needs, developing forecasting inputs for the model, extracting insights and explaining outcomes, prototyping labs style ideas, and providing constant support.

- Developed various mathematical models implemented in SAS to solve business problems in an automated fashion. - Won the Innovator Award twice. Once for a tool that I developed in SAS to manage big budget and short lived campaigns, during peak times it manages 20% of total revenue. And then again for a tool developed in SAS to help improve company margin.- Developed a tool in SAS that for three years operated on 80% of the US business to help pace campaign budget spend.- Implemented training programs to explain technical concepts and solutions to Operations in Baltimore, London, and Japan.- Participated in a Help Desk system to support various groups in the business; used problem solving techniques to diagnose problems and offer solutions.- Supported R&D on implementing a new algorithm into production; gathered business requirements; ran live experiments to collect and analyze data; developed tools to assist with ramping up with the new technology.- Project and technical lead on several projects.- Performed analysis using regressions and hypothesis testing to answer business questions.- Used communication skills to understand problems and articulate solutions.
