McKenna is a fast-growing, well-established advisory and investment firm. Led the team responsible for developing and overseeing policy for ACC’s 35 wings, 12 bases, and 1,336 units at more than 242 operating locations worldwide with 156,739 total force military and civilian personnel regarding flight operations, aircrew flying training, distributed mission operations (DMO) and formal training programs. Provided functional expertise for ACC combat aircraft, rated aircrew management, flying hours, aircrew standardization, combat readiness and life support programs. Acted as the focal point for CAF weapons and tactics development and munitions allocations. Supported AF recruiting, retention and community relations by scheduling ACC assets in support of world wide aerial events.

Led 700 personnel 13 business unit organization across 7 states and 9 installations charged with developing tactics, techniques and procedures for the USAF combat forces. Provided operational expertise and oversight that linked requirements with program acquisition with the planning, programming and budget process. Synchronized innovative integration efforts across A-10, F-15C, F-15E, F-16, F-22, F-35, B-1, B-2, B-52, MQ-9, RQ-4, U-2, HH-60, HC-130 and Guardian Angel weapon systems. Advised senior USAF leadership on the survivability, lethality and suitability of hardware, software and tactical improvements to existing and future combat systems.
