● Lead customer support for industry leader in SPICE accurate statistical variation analysis.● Collaborated with customer to develop and maintain methodology flow for highly distributed computing supporting multiple technologies down to 7nm.● Manage customer requests and requirements for feature release schedules to align with customer’s methodology release and production schedule.● Educate customer on latest variation methodologies and MC SPICE validation techniques to meet customer goals (AOCV, LVF, Moments, Quantiles and Constraint Uncertainty).● Manage and track all customer support issues while working with engineering to provide short term resolutions as well as long term solution release schedule.● Facilitate customer expectations to properly define and manage achievable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals. ● Provide analysis for both regression and validation to spice for 100,000’s of data points.● Statistical analysis for Gaussian and Non-Gaussian distributions for high sigma accuracy.● Support full methodology of scripts including the following languages: TCL, Perl and Python.

● Full design experience including: VHDL/Verilog coding and simulation, timing analysis/closure, physical design and integration.● Familiar with 45nm and 32mn technologies in both ASIC and Custom methodologies.● Experience in clock synthesis and timing of DDR, PCIE and SERDES architectures.● Experience in design of clock mesh methodologies - fully integrated designs for low skew/low power clocks and complex synchronous designs.● Directed and engineered automated methodology for ASIC clock insertion/synthesis.● Instructed Shanghai Design team on Clock insertion tools and methodologies.
