• Familiar with 45nm and 32mn technologies in both ASIC and Custom methodologies.
• Experience in clock synthesis and timing of DDR, PCIE and SERDES architectures.
• Experience in design of clock mesh methodologies - fully integrated designs for low skew/low power clocks and complex synchronous designs.
• Directed and engineered automated methodology for ASIC clock insertion/synthesis.
• Instructed Shanghai Design team on Clock insertion tools and methodologies.
