With over a decade of dedicated experience in customer service and a diverse professional background that includes roles in animal pharmaceuticals, customer service training, and positions at both Kansas State and Fort Hays State Universities, as well as two libraries, I currently serve as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Manhattan Public Library.My multifaceted experience has equipped me with a unique skill set to connect with the community, build strong relationships, and drive engagement initiatives. In addition to my educational background in communication studies from FHSU, I bring expertise in effective communication strategies and interpersonal skills.
