Highly experienced and tenured Telecommunications hardware and software engineer, and solution design architect. Broad breadth of experience in both voice and data communications applications, focused on, and including the contact center hardware and software industry. My most recent experience has been with the Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration suite of products. My greatest challenge over the years has also been my greatest success - staying current with a rapidly changing industry as well as with the core technologies that are its foundation. My greatest career aspirations are to continually educate myself, and remain current on critical industry certifications in the many technologies I work with on a daily basis. I believe that knowledge of, and proficiency in these areas will be key to any future success in applying complex business applications (contact center, etc.) to a new, and increasingly collaborative telecommunications environment.
